Only question I have is if the pump was dying on me ,would she smell of unburnt fuel at idle?i checked the ecm outputs for the o2 sensors all is good , now I gotta check the o2s themselves (orange ground is good )

All symptoms point to bad fuel pump.
No. It's getting enough fuel to idle. one sensor can however cause all kinds of crazy issues... the ECT not only does timing retard/advance but also fuel trim based on engine temp...

Yes I reset the cpu and did the idle reset procedure but it didn’t fix my cold start /stall issueTo OP:
