New fuel system related help

I went out to start the car this morning and the fuel pump was super loud when it was priming. I turned the key off and tried again. Same thing. I looked under the car and noticed a puddle. Turns out the fuel rail is popping off one of the injectors. Would this cause the fuel pump to have a really loud noise when priming?

I got the problem fixed. Somehow one of the bolts holding down the rail loosened up and the rail popped off the top of the injector. Got the rail fitted back on and the bolt tightened down. Fuel pump sounds normal now. Not sure why the bolt would've loosened.
