As for painting your interior...get some dye if you can. If not, just get some plastic primer, then wet sand, and you can spray it any color that you want. you can get that stuff at any local parts store.

If you want to see some cars with starts, you may be able to go to the Auto paint Store down on Washington street just across the railroad tracks and look through some of the stuff that they have.
