Sorry just had to say it, you aren't gonna hurt that 79 vette. I'm sure the guy that washed it before it was bought new beat on it harder than you would think about doing even if you accidentally messed up. Just jump in and learn how to drive manual.........hurry up and learn it so you can change your order. It just gives a car a whole different feel and a feel of control.
