New guy here, Whats up.

Hey guys, Im new here to this forum but im not new to forums in general. My name is budders, and I drive a 1999 Mustang GT. I love the thing to death and I enjoy modding it, i also love the mustang community. The people are great.

I figured I'd join this forum to further expand my knowledge on mustangs and cars in general. Im looking forward to meeting some of you guys, and building relationships.

Welcome man. I live near Philly, about 30 mins to the west, so were pretty close. Loving the rims, and I need a hood scoop (stupid 2000 hoods lol). Ive been wanting one but I dont feel like getting one painted.

Yeah man, im about 30 minutes west too. I live in Media, How about you?

And, i got the Xenon Hoodscoop from Americanmuscle.com, A friend of mine owns a body and paint shop, so he painted it for free.

Thanks man, When i bought it it was STOCK as far as visual mods go. Im very pleased how it has turned out so far i need to still tint the windows and head/taillights. But thanks man!

Im in Downingtown, Media isnt too far away. If you look outside one day and your hoodscoop and chin spoiler is gone, you know who took it . See you at a car show one day haha.

Yeah Downingtown is close by. And hey, you better not steal my hoodscoop! lol.

I hope to start attending mustang meets and car shows. I just joined the mustang scene not too long ago so i dont know of any clubs/meets/carshows. If you know of any car shows or Mustang rides that people around here go on, let me know.

Theres alot of random carshows around, but none that I know of specifically for Mustangs. I know a couple of people that work at AM, so ill have to ask them next time I see them if they hold anything. I know a GIANT meet is coming up on April 25th at a Sonic, with thousands of people expected to show. Its gonna be mostly imports, but they had ALOT of really nice stuff there last year. Think Supras and GT-Rs.

eh, i dont think my mustang would feel at home there and LOL thousands at a SONIC? you're talking about the food sonic place right?

Lol yeah, theres a Walmart next door, so everyone is gonna park there and alot of the more dedicated people are gonna 'camp out' at the Sonic for parking places. Gonna be alot of domestics over in the Walmart parking lot, so its not like it will be you in between 500 Civics lol. Im gonna ride up behind my freind who has a 94 Vette so youll have company.
