New guy...reviving this little guy.built it about 10 yrs ago,had to put it away after just a couple Hundred miles,sitting ever since

I run a stock in tank pump which is brand-new just replaced it with a T-Rex Downstream from that I wonder if my secondary pump is not working I'll have to check that would love to get somebody on here that is familiar with this engine management system it has been discontinued but most everything I've read on it it is a satisfactory unit I would hate to start over with something else as I said before all of this stuff is essentially brand new
 
With the base FP set at 40psi vacuum removed, the engine should idle around 32-34 depending on the amount of vacuum pulled. When under boost the FP should increase by the boost value. So at 10psi boost you should have 50psi at the fuel rail.
 
You don't want 2 fuel pumps, in the modern day it's more trouble than it's worth.
Run a gss340 high pressure or the aeromotive intank pump.
Eliminate the t rex, it's really pointless.
When one pump goes it leaves you short on fuel, which is the enemy of a supercharged car.
