Hi everyone I have a 84 mustang I am working on and need some info. The motor is not original I think it is a 032. The motor ID under the starter is 26 E6SE BA with a sideways S also is also a tag there that has 5F24. Can some help

3524A is the part number for a Valuecraft starter on a 5.0 of that year (Auto Shop MGR here)

https://vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov/decoder/?IsExport=False here is the link here to decode your VIN. It will tell you what the car came with from the factory. Most likely if you think it was swapped, it probably was a 4cyl before.
