Due to the years of sitting I have to fix power steering leaks, transmission leaks engine leaks and dry rotted ball joints etc. Being the kind of person that cannot leave well enough alone, motor is getting some upgrades, trying to decide if I should switch to manual of put in an automatic over drive, and will be doing some updates to the suspension. I already had the power disc brake setup and redone power steering stuff. More to come.

If you have the skills, which it looks like you do, I’d go manual. My first car was a ‘65 coupe with a manual, and in my opinion, they should all be manual trans!!!
Good luck with the car, and cheers to Dad! I can only hope to make it to 90!

Beautiful ride for sure. Love older Mustangs and that looks like a keeper for sure.
