You'v almost got my identical setup man! I building an A4 block 336, forged internals, wicked ported TW's, ported/welded GT40 lower, with the fully polished KB 2.2 Flowzilla. I even have the same valve covers, as long as those valve cover in the bottom right of that pic are the one's your using, lol.

What size injectors are you going to run? I have 48 pounders and am planning on 10-12 psi, but I don't know if those will be enough.

No I ordered up a set of smooth polished valve covers. I will be running 42# squirters. The prev owner ran these with the smaller 16psi pulley without issues. I will be running the larger of the two pullies, also looking at 10-12psi. I will be running snow performance methanol injection also. At any rate, the numbers im looking for are roughly 500hp and 575 tq

Guess I'll be fine with 48's then.

I'm also running the Snow meth injection MAF kit and lookin for at least 500hp.

I have Aeromotive fuel rails and the A1000 regulator, but am planning on keeping my current 190 lb/hr Wabro and running a KB Boost-a-Pump. Can I keep the stock fuel sending unit and fuel lines and use the Aeromotive reg and rails or do I need a whole new system?? (sorry to hijack a lil bit)

Im in the same boat as you my friend. I am wondering if I should run a boost a pump with my walbro 255, or run a full aeromotive setup. Only downside to the full fuel system is I will not likely get my money back from the extra 1300. Alot of money to be paying for extra insurance as far as peace of mind. There are wayyy too many articles on KB propoganda praising the boost-a-pumps, but in my opinion, working a pump beyond its normal operating range seems unhealthy!!

From what I have read, the boost a pump is basically the same thing that Walbro and others do to their higher flowing pumps. Their pumps are all mostly the same, just wired differently or whatever for higher flow.

well its looking like a nice option thats for sure. I just need to find more fox testimonials. They seem like popular kits for the 03 04 cobras thats for sure.

If you go the Aermotive way as i am going. Look at spending almost a grand between the filters($170), A-1000 pump($305.00), Pump Controller for daily driver($275) and a pick up tube($150) and random fittings etc....

I would do the Boost a pump if that will support the hp. I'd also rec just buying the Tremec TKO 600 right away, then you don't have to keep wrecking T5's. You'll have roughly $2500.00 for the tranny, clutch, bell housing, etc... But its worth it.
