I have a 93' lx 5.0. I just put in new springs, struts, bump steer, ball joints, rack, and pump. I still have no power steering. I have been trying to bleed it for about 4 hours and still nothing. Any ideas ? Thanks guys !

A better explanation of your problem would help.

Everything on the front end is new and I still have no power steering. It is hard to turn like there is no power steering. Everyone says to bleed the air but it seems like it is still air locked. Any sugestions on a better way to bleed it ?

Put the front end up on jackstands, and start the car. Have a helper turn the steering wheel all the way right and then all the way left. Add fluid as needed.

If that does not fix it, the rack is defective or the pump isn't producing pressure.

I have done the same thing as jrichker says only I usually disconnect the return line where it goes into the pump body, I then put a cap on the nipple that sticks out of the pump body and lay the return hose in a drain pan. Have a friend there and start the car and have him add fluid while you turn the wheel. Once you start getting fluid out of the return hose reconnect back to the power steering pump and then turn the wheel lock to lock several times and that should bleed it. If it is still hard or you don't get any fluid out of the return hose then there is a prob with the pump or rack.
