i was about to place an order for one of these spoilers. going to bite the bullet, but i saw and advertisement for a spoiler that caught my eye. then i enquired about it, and i was pointed in the direction of another one, which completely took my vote for the best spoiler for these cars. trying to be one of the first people to have one. haha.

I got the same spoiler about a tear ago and only used the 2 existing holes with the double side tape. Holds just fine, even at 140mph.

I cut out the additional holes when I installed mine... the trunk is aluminum, it's not going to rust if that's what you're worried about.

At some point, I'm going to do that to mine as the very ends are lifting up about 1/8"...even with the adhesive.

Just installed mine. Taking off the old spoiler was a pain. The old spoiler also nicked the trunk up pretty good. The new spoiler did not cover that spot, so I have to get it touched up.

(car is kinda dirty, its been raining here for two days straight)

The old spoiler wrapped over the upper portion of the truck. I guess from opening and closing it, it nicked and scuffed it. The GT 500 spolier sits almost flush with the trunk. I have a paint guy that did my side scoops. He said he can do touch up work. I am hoping he can fix this. I plan on bringing it to him when I go get my side mirrors painted in a few weeks.

This one (notice the edge hanging over the trunk face). That is what nicked the trunk.

Shouldn't be too pricey to repair.

Car looks great, but i think a CS bumper would fit much better than the valence cover. Just my opinion though.
