Baselined at 306HP/355TQ with Chicane Ripp.

Installed the Chicane Pump, 42 Lb injectors, Denso Iridiums, Demolet Meter forward pipe, 90 MM mass air.

Dynoed today at 322HP/361 TQ.

A/F was mid 12's from 3200 up. Peaked at 12.7 at 6000.

Think im gonna seriously consider a Kenne Bell kit for next year instead of porting the blower and manifold. Thoughts or comments?

Yeah our series one truly suck. The only reason I bought a 2000 was because of the Bright atlantic Blue color. I could have gotten an 03 at almost the same price , . But i guess i love the color. After reading the posts from my thread I am leaning towards a Kenne Bell also. I just need to figure out how much money everything will cost with it. Anyone know how much approx everything would cost for a Kenne Bell 1.7 Set up?

Hey Yoballs83, I am curious as to why you have got all the usual bolt-ons execpt a S/C pulley. That should give you some decent #s with the mods that you already have.

I have a 2003 N/A S281, and just ordered a KB 9lb intercooled w/ the cold air kit. Installed is about $7K. Since mine was N/A, I also ordered the gauge pod from Haney Motorsports, and the tank from Chicane instead of using the KB tank.

Congrats on the new numbers Johan. I would just swap out the s/c though for a KB or look into a turbo kit. That would be sweet.

Those are good numbers for your mods...

Another option besides KB is whipple. I plan on installing the whipple 2300 in the next year. It comes standard on the Extreme Saleen and guys have made over 500rwhp with it. A lot of 03/04 cobra guys have it as well.

Does Whipple have a full kit for the 2V 4.6L? I have only seen Cobras swap the compressor only.

No Pulley for me. I actually have one, but I'm not thrilled about putting that pulley on without a new intercooler or atleast patching those gaps in the stock intercooler. With that extra HP comes that extra hot air right into the motor.. its not worth it for me right now.

With that said- does anyone want to purchase an unused 66MM pulley from Chicane? PM me and we'll work something out.

Yes saleen makes a kit but its over 7K dollars. Go with the Kenne Bell.

For your info, the S281E is rated 445HP crank with 12psi of boost.

The 1.7KB makes 400~440rwhp at 9psi, which is 470~520HP crank...

So forget about whipple...
