Welcome to Stangnet!

The best place to ask your question would be the "65-73 Classic Mustangs" forum. If you're on a PC it will be the bottom right box. The link is here: https://www.stangnet.com/mustang-forums/forums/1965-1973-classic-mustangs-general-talk.83/
Someone who frequents that forum should be able to help you out. Good luck!!

Welcome! We need pictures of the car!
I'll be looking for the thread you start in the Classics forum.
Short answer is there are a lot of options, but it all comes down to how much stopping power and how much money do you plan on spending on it.
This kit is going on my car.

REAR DISC BRAKE KIT FORCE 10 SUPER DUTY - #2000-6 - National Parts Depot

Buy part #2000-6 REAR DISC BRAKE KIT FORCE 10 SUPER DUTY for your classic vehicle from National Parts Depot. Free shipping on orders over $300, fast delivery & everyday low pricing! Order now!

I'm sure there are cheaper ways to do it. This is just an example.
