I got the size from the delivery sheet from one of the original 1966 FIA racecars.
There are more places to get them.
I never order tires through the internet. What I do is go to a local tire shop I trust and have them order and put them on the wheels I provide. That way, for a slight up-charge, they make sure I get the right tire. And I'm talking literally a few bucks more a tire.

Thanks for all the help! I installed a wheel tire package from mustangs unlimited 15" with 4" BS and 65R15- 205's. No issues at all and creates a great look!4 lug 14's are very rare.
i have never seen a 4 lug 15.
i would not run larger than 7" wide rims with 4 3/4" backspace.
they make 4 to 5 lug adapters. i would not use them.
one way is to switch your suspension over to v8 5 lug which is very expensive or find used rims as shown above.
