Every year, the local NASA chapter runs a 2-track event that starts in the morning and runs til midnight or later. This year I got some video from one of the night sessions that might possibly have captured the intensity of close-quarters balls-out driving in what is near total darkness at some points on the track. Hoooo-eeee what a blast. The white STi was being driven by a pro who's fast in everything he drives. The NASCAR-type truck was driven by a guy who could barely see out his hazed lexan windshield. The red E28 5-series was driven by a guy who'll be 70 this year, and sails the thing around like a pro. Good times.
