I am swapping my dash, and after hooking up any connections that I can find the car will not start. It will turn over, but when I turn the key to the on position, I do not hear the fuel pump energize. Is there something I am missing? I still have the gauge cluster out. Is there some connection in there that would disable the fuel pump, if it wasn't hooked up? Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

Has to be one of the igniton wires not "switching on" the lead wire for the fuel pump relay. Check to see that the fuel pump relay is getting power and second if the power is either going out to the fuel pump and/or the cut on lead is energizing with the key in the on position.
