No start.

Here's my issue. 05 stang v6. Battery and starter are fine. But when I go to crank it, i get one click and nothing. Solenoid maybe? Please help.

Battery cables corroded by chance? That has happened to me many times.

The negative cable had a little rust, but nothing a little coke and a wire brush couldn't take care of.

Click from the solenoid? Tap it with wooden hammer handle and check the wiring attached to it.
Could be a ground issue. Coke just makes stuff sticky. Try baking soda and water on the terminal. Is the battery cable broke under the insulation where you can't see?
Did you try tapping the starter with a hammer?

so i got it figured out. it was a combination of dead battery ( literally 0% charge) and the starter solenoid. thanks for the help guys.
