Yeah, I'm not picking at your car....You just seem like the kind of guy that a thing like that would drive you nuts!

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. The only people who've ever said anything are people here Soon I'll be able to get to all the very minute things about the car that aren't perfect, and fix 'em.

I know, no harm done i just meant that no one's ever noticed it in real life. Staring at it in a picture makes it stand out more than it does, you know?

I love when people come over and question and critique your car like they've created masterpieces of their own...then you see their car (if they have one) and you can't believe they would have the nerve to tell you how it 'sould have been'

Haha it's not like that. Sometimes it is, sure, but I know Dave and he wouldn't come out like that. You can see the alignment on it isn't perfect, and I'm not gonna be like some people around here and argue the fact like a jackass.

Like I said, it just doesn't bother me enough to figure a way to make it fit right. The headlights project properly so it's not like I can't see at night. If that was off then yes I'd have it fixed by now. I think I've got to do something to the headlight panel, probably enlarge the mounting hole as it will NOT line up any better than it already is.

NOTHIN wrong with that car...I love em all but and did not mean to come off as I was attacking you in any way...your question was AOK in my book. My statement was a generalization of what I've had happen in the past. I was only adding my .02$. Everyone should take pride in the car they've built...every single person, but I just get bothered when people tell me what I should have done. When you work as hard as we ALL do on our cars they should accept nothing is going to be perfect or the way you would have done it. My appologies if I came accross as rude or questioning your statement.

No i know what you mean, I seem to have the other problem too......people come up to me and go on about how nice my car is and in the back of my mind is the list of things i need to take care of or want to change/make better.

I didn't think you were talking directly to me, but I love to post pics so i did!
Were cool

Every car mentioned in this thread deserves a spot at the top for sure. Someday maybe mine will compare.

Having to choose is a tough call, I mean I have my Canadian Brothers to think about, then Dave's car who was inspiration for the major overhaul mine has under taken, but 87TTop and I share the same make of car. Too many choices. Good luck to all nominated, your hard work does not go un-noticed.
