Auto X Ray makes a decent product.

If you are just looking for a basic inexpensive handheld reader/scanner, I've heard good things about this one:

reason beind me asking about this one is that its from summit and not many companys will ship to the UK summit being one of the few that do!

the one you listed does sound good tho!
