Agreed.

Which further re-enforces my take on making it to the SB or even winning.
You don't need a GREAT (Pro Bowl) QB/RB insert any particular position.
A good team making plays and playing well PERIOD.

so who wants to start taking bets on who Grossman throws more complete passes to, the Bears offense or the Colts defense

well he had 2 lame duck throws to the colts defense. I mean you just knew it was going to happen, was there really any way how it couldn't have?

Anyway I guess this closes out the NFL season once again. In all honesty the Patriots went further then I thought they would. I did not expect them to be in the AFC Championship game and to put up as much of a fight as they did. Problem is you have to play 60 mins of football, not 30.

Colts finally got that big win they had been seeking for a long time. Problem being is if they can be as good next season or will they turn into the Steelers of this yr? The biggest problem for the colts will be their cap, they have a lot of big name players on that roster and w/ a super bowl win they will be expecting more $$$ and they just dont have the cap room to do it. Will some players take a pay cut? We'll have to wait and see.

I guess this brings the NFL mug slinging to an end for another year. It was a great season to bad this thread did not have the amount of activity as last years thread which broke 100 pages.
