Oil is sitting on the top of the timing change over and Water pump. It isn't coming from the Dizzy and almost looks like its leaking from the lower intake gasket (the front)

Can oil leak from there? lol

Yes oil could come from there. Usually the back gasket is the one that leaks, but the front one is just as capable.

i had the same problem... check behind the intake to see if oil is leaking near the pcv as well..

anyhow my problem was the lower intake gasket. i sucked it up and swapped em out. did a better job this time and have no leaks.

yup i had the problem too, small oil leak and it was suckin up radiator fluid, when i took the intake manifold off there was a small amount oily water and my gaskets were completely gone, gaskets are replaced and everythings workin fine now, if you do the job you mine as well replace your water pump while you got everything off

sounds good bc i've been losing Antifreeze also...so it sitting on the timechain cover means its coming from the lower intake gasket...sounds good to me its an easy fix just a PITA
