I believe ford reccomends 20psi at 2k rpm (someone correct me if i'm wrong here) , but i usually have 40 psi @ 2k rpm.
The psi will vary , when cold my oil psi will be @ 60 (@ idle) and once warmed up it will go down to 40 psi (@ idle) and then once i have been driving for a good amount of time it sometimes goes down to 30 psi at idle.
When I first fire the car up mine is approx 60 at idle.
Once engine is at operating temp mine is approx 42 at idle.
When I am driving the car and rpms are around 2,000 mine is at 50.'
