opinions on camshaft

i know this has been beat to death but out of these to cams which would you pick i have them both and will not purchase any other for i am building a new motor for next year just need somthing for this season

e303 220/220--.498/.498
stage2 trickflow 224/232--.542/.563
the car currently runs 12.14@115 w/ the e303 cam on motor (still spinning through 2nd)

here is my combo:
1987 lx coupe (ligthened up extremely well 2760 without me)
306 10.5.1 comp forged pistons
edelbrock perf alum heads with 2.02/1.60's and 1000 bucks worth or port and work
70mm t.b
75mm pro m mass
89 ecu
systemax 2 intake
4.10 gears
cobra spec tranny
1 5/8 lt's 2.5 pro chamber dumped
3 core rad 180 stat
no a/c or p/s
24 lb inj
200 shot of juice(never hit yet)

and off course suspension work


sorry for the book i just need some good opinions and reasoning behind them
no get a custom comments please..as i said above im building a new 331 with all fti top end and cam

yes stage 2 will probably put you at 11.90s or better if your heads flow that good

stage 2, or the comp 282hr maybe.

Oh yeah... do the stage 2 !! you can use a lot more cam with the ported heads and gears... but a little at a time is good!! Killer times!!

Just me....................
