I recently ran across a couple VERY cool (and very rare!) original 1969 Ford F-series truck and Mustang factory order forms. These are copies of the actual forms a salesman would fill out at the dealership when a buyer was ordering a vehicle. I scanned and posted both forms to the following link:

As you can see, there are some inked notations added to these forms, probably by the dealer. I could've cleaned them off, but decided to just post the forms as-is. Also note the number in the upper right-hand corner...this is the number that would normally appear in the DSO (direct special order) section of the VIN tag.
Just thought some of you might get a kick out of these.
