Go fishing in your front yard. Start the grill and crack open a cold one and enjoy.

Holy **** dude that looks crazy. I can't believe how much water got dumped on that area.

Good luck with the cleanup and everything.

I'm with my parents in Jacksonville, but I'm worried about my apartment in Orlando. I can't get ahold of anybody there, and the news stations don't seem to care about Orlando. I'm on the 1st floor, so I'm concerned about flooding.

89 blue LX, it looks like you've got your work cut out for you. Was anybody in your neighborhood/family injured, or are they all ok?

i just don't understand why people would want to stay in an area that will get hit by such disaster so often

Glad to see it wasn't worse. My mom is in Titusville about a mile from the coast. She's with a ton of people in a shelter, but probably out by now.

How's the stang? I bet there will be several members with messed up stangs, but hopefully not. Just a huge mess even though it wasn't a Category 4.

Oh yeah........you should consider living in a bird house! jk

Is there supposed to be a lake behind the fallen tree?

I agree, because i see stories like this on the news every year always in florida. BUt some people dont like the ground moving......and living here in california the last one i felt was atleast a couple years ago.( earthquake) heh. All i know is you see less stories on the news about earthquake accidents then u do about flooding, hurricanes, and tornadoes. heh But nowhere is perfect so i guess you live where your able deal with it. and i sure cant deal with even thinking about going down my street in a canoe only seeing rooftops of cars and houses.

We haven't had a hurricane in a few years now. I'd rather doge a few canes than live with rain half the year or worry about tornados dropping out of the sky a few times a year. You have to take the good with the bad, I’d rather live with sunshine half the year and worry about a cane once in a while but that’s just me.
