I just ordered a Prochamber and will need to order extensions since I have an '04. Should I just extend the wires myself and save $40 or buy the extension kit?
I have good soldiering skills and feel confident to do this, just not sure if it will work right.
OR, does the MIL Eliminators, like these: http://www.partshopper.com/fordmust...EREST0-9FBB-392BEC683883}&ic=DMP-9074&eq=&Tp= make the wires long enough where they are not needed?

you don't need o2 extenders for just a prochamber. you will need them for lt's if you got those. but the only thing you will need for the prochamber is the mil's

This an '04 though, Ford moved the sensor locations for '04. They are both ahead of the rear cats.

very interesting. that's just weird though i would think that it would be much more likely that it would trip codes, since the o2's are farther from the engine, which makes them cooler

Yeah, weird, but true. There are no sensors after the rear cats on my '04.
