PI kit for PI heads

I just got my kit for the PI swap and it has these gasket numbers XW7Z-9439-AA i read some where that i need gasket number YL3Z-9439-BA which is the right one. i aslo have the
alternator bracket -F8AZ-10153-EA
coolant tube-XR3Z-18402-AA
water pump nipple-F75Z-8555-AA
gasket-F1VY-8255-A
and i have a round rubber gasket (about as big as a cd) no part number.
Do i need anything else?

All you have is stuff to put a pi intake on. If your diong heads also then you need alot more stuff. I spent around 300 just on stuff to put the heads on.

you will need that head changeing kit, not sure if it includes gaskets for front cover etc cause you'll need them too....but best bet is to contact randy stinchcomb at mod depot...he can get you exactly what you need instead of looking everywhere!!!!!

Do you have a head changing kit? Like with head gaskets and head bolts? Cause you cant reuse your old ones. As for the gasket that is the size of the CD, its for the water pump.

If your on a budget you can get that frpp kit, but they have older generation head gaskets. The newer gaskets from ford just went up in price so you would save alot getting that kit.
