I finally put together an article on my favorite car I've ever owned, the Deceiver. The article follows the car from 1977 when I bought it through 1990. It was the first real Resto-Mod, and at least 15 years ahead of it's time.

Frankly, with all this subterfuge, I seriously doubt Chepsk8 was EVER young, he's just trying to pull a fast one on us!

Yeah, what's the big deal? My cutoffs at that time usually had the bottoms of the pockets sticking out below the leg-holes.

Cheapie, I just went back to the pics up-thread, and it's a stinkin' crime that DCVR is stuffed in a garage. I, um, well, happen to know a couple of "tough girls" who work as bouncers in one of the, uh, "Adult Entertainment" clubs in deep southern Nevada (don't ask how, I was younger back then....). Maybe they could gently "convince" your ex to let you take the old girl out to run the roads as she (the car, Fritz!) deserves to run.

All I gotta say is SSSWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETT!!!! and nice cut-offs. Whenever I see older pictures from the 70s, I remember why no one liked them and we were in a recession.
