ok so some of you have heard me talk about my dads race boat. well i have some pics of it w/o the motor. it just went to tennessee to get the motor put on and get some testing done. the rundown is its a pugh hydro with a evinrude f1 motor pushing 550 bhp. he has basically a simpson helmet with a scuba regulator on the front to breath. he has a 5 point harness to strap in. he can barley fit in the cockpit. 24v start with a 12v run. scuba bottle mounted behinde the cockpit. the boat with his and fully equipt only weighs about 1040. thats fricken light. so he is lookin at about 7.5sec in the quarter at bout 160mph. if anyone has watched bragboats on tv you see them run and see how fast they are. well they get a 125ft shot to the lights b4 they trip the beam. the boat is called "COONASS EXPRESS" hence coonass racing on my car. what yall guys think?
