Here are a few pics of the house in ohio i'm looking into, yes the one i grew up in. It's on the market for $119,900 last week it was for $124,900. It's 1584 SQ FT 3 bedroom with den and small extra room/bedroom so basically 5 bedrooms, full basement, 4 split levels 2 full baths, living room ,family room. 25x30 garage 11' to the ceiling with a 9' opening door, plus man door, fully insulated and finished, heated, A/C ,wired for 440, and natrual gas. yes this is in the garage! The house has central vac, gas heat (yes), central air, humidifier built in to keep a constant humidity all year in house, almost wrap around deck set up for natraul gas BBQ . Built in 66 and is stuco very well insulated. Yearly taxes are $2387. What do ya think? You guy's dont know how excited i am to get it, i got the loan paper work email today for the loan so i hope (and some of you also) i get it! Employment is already set up and ready to go when i get there!

What the hell!!!??? Are you moving? Okay that might be a dumb ? but this is the first I have heard of it. You can't go. What are you going to do with the white notch?

What happened to my black notch racing your white notch (spy vs. spy) racing season 2007? This is just not good for me.

Nobody else out there has a notch that wants to race me! Maybe this is just all a bad dream. So sad, so sad indeed. There is a house just down the road in Scappoose that is more money, that you never grew up in and would fit you just fine. Okay, those were not very good selling points. You call me asap mister.

Ben look at it this way, when you come back to ohio in june to watch the NMRA run you got a place to stay for free! And then when ya come back to go to watch the indy 500 same thing as well as the NHRA! If i'm still here when the season starts i'll run ya again. Um both notches will be going on a trailer back east. Your right the agent about flipped out when i told her the prices here! My parents bought the house in 1984 for $55,000 it was then just 3 bedrooms 1 bath no garage and the drive way was on the other side of the house no deck no landscaping. We added all the rooms and den the extra full bath and all the other goodies. After my dad died in 1994 my mom sold it for $88,000! The bank repoed it for like $84,000 october of 2006. I was soooooooo pissed at her for doing so our mortgage was $465 a month then and till she sold it! I'm looking at around $1100 (hopefully) with ins and taxes? Out here the $140000 i'm preapproved for will get me a 2 bedroom run down rat hole that will need some cash to make liveable, i hate it here and always have and prob always will as long as i'm here and i've always said as soon as this house ever comes on the market i'm going for it! The time is here and i'm out! hopefully. peace

Okay Juiced87notch, we're on!! I'll just have to chase John down in Ohio and race em' there. House looks nice John, don't blame you.

I have to wash mine too. I'm spending about another 2 grand on it in about 1 week. I have many parts to purchase and install as soon as the lift gets here. Now they tell me it's held up in customs. Running out of time.

I have only 4 passed on the 150 shot and got down to 12.10 @ 116 mph with shifting late. I am almost there. C-4 sounds like the way to go. Wondering about that myself but I love to shift. We'll see...

Well the only update so far. Pitbulls are kinda illegal in oho, well you just got to get a hell of alot extra ins policy in franklin county, but in other counties they are illegal. There considered dangerous dogs . Thanks to the f'n news and all the stupid "tough guy's" and irresponseable pit owners just cause of them pit's are mean. Our sheep dog is meaner then our pit, **** that stupid pug my son has is mean! Anyone that has been here know's. But if i have to then i guess i'll have to purchase it cause the dog isnt leaving! peace

Um i get $19 an hour here and started here at $16. There the average starting for welder's/ fabricators is roughly cough cough $10-12. I will only be making that for about 2-3 months till i get on with my uncle, he runs a rock quary that my great uncle owns. There the gas as of yesterday was for 89 oct $170 something 90oct was 10 cent more and the 94 oct was even at $2.00! State tax is 6.75% cigs are under $3.00 a pack YES! Oh and summit and jegs is just 20 min or so away from the house so no more waiting for great prices and parts! We have a great drag strip nationl trails raceway or mid ohio whatever ya wanna call it. Mid ohio is one of north americas best road course's. peace

Well actually when i lived in memphis tenn. I paid $650 for a 2 bedroom very very nice apt. With my bounes and hourly pay plus my milage checks i brought home $3800 a month. The south (memphis) pays good and still cheap to live, but that was back in 95-96 when i left there my, brother still lives there and gets $17ish and is doing just fine, BUT he's always traveling . Back to the house now, i might be runnning into a snag with the pit we have as far as getting ins for him. peace
