pnp2 system .... My car will not start with the pip out... Does pnp2 use the pip sensor? And if it's supposed to start ... it doesn't

It's not the pip you are unplugging, it's the spout.. the pip is inside the distributor and sends the rpm signal to the ECU and tfi.. for whatever reason with the spout removed most MS systems shut the injectors down as if it were on the rev limiter. This is "normal" to set base timing simply have someone crank the car with the injectors unplugged and set mechanical timing to 10* for proper rotor phasing.
