i plan on a paxton novi1000 running 5-6 psi in the near future. i need to know whats the smalllest injector i can run and not have to use the FMU. i will probably upgrade the boost to 8-10 later on. so should i grab the 42 lbers to start off and grow into them?
planning on 5-6 psi boost. whats minimum inj. size need to get rid of FMU?

Make sure you have enough cash to drive right to the dyno shop as soon as you're done the blower install....if not the results could be expensive.

yeah, blower and no tune=$$$ into repairs....
42's should be plenty with room to grow into as more mods find there way on the engine.

I'm planning on about that much boost and went with the 42s. Just make sure you get it tuned right after you install everything.

36lb injectors in your case if no money for a tune or tuning device and that way the car will still start when warm since you can not turn down the injector pulse. With 36lb this seems not to be a problem when I tuned cars in the past but 42lb will have a problem. You can use 42lb injectors but you will need to put the pedal to the floor when starting warm to shut off the injectors.
