does anyone know where I can get a set of pro 5.0 gears from for a decent price

What do you consider a "decent deal" ? Ide say to conduct an internet search and check at Ebay. Not too many people carry Pro5.0 gears. Most use OEM Ford or FRPP gears.

the ebay search is only coming up with their shifter...I would like to use frpp but since they don't make 3:90:1 ratio I don't have muc choice

Well, I think 190 is about the cheapest you'll get Pro5.0 gears for. You may want to check all the Mustang magazines at your local news stand or magazine dealer and see how many companies are listed that sell Pro5.0 gears.

Why are you so set on 3.90 gears if you dont mind me asking ? Why not 4.10's ?

I think either Motive or Precision gear makes a 3.90 gear. Not sure though.
