I will make this short. Car won't start. Its a 95 Mustang GT ,
only mods are a CAI, Cat-back , and underdrive pullies.
I have no fuel pressure and the pump will not prime let alone turn on.
I ran a search for old posts and could not find any more info.
Here is what I checked and thus eliminated unless I am missing something.
I have Full spark, engine cranks fine, ther is just no fuel activity at all.
I checked all fuses and are all fine, I get no codes, I replaced the CCRM,
TFI, the fuel pump. needless to say this is getting expensive fast.
It is raining now, but I am next going to try to jump the relay out to see if it
turns on the fuel pump. The manual says the pins for the fuel relay
are at 5 and 11 , someone can correct me if I have wrong information.
What else could it remotely be. I guess I can check for a bad ground,
but I need advise on where to begin for that. Any and all thoughts and
opinions are welcome. Thank you everyone.

Hmmm... my first thought was the CCRM. The fuel cutoff switch couldn't be tripped, could it?

Oh , sorry , I forgot to mention that. The inertia switch was fine,
but I replaced that too, just in case. But the switch is down and fine.

Did it die on you or just not start one day?

1) check all the fuses for ignition and fuel systems.

2) make sure the inertia switch is set (or reset if tripped/replaced)

3) verify 12VDC to the pump at wiring connection

4) check resistance across fuel pump via disconnected wiring (0=bad, infinite=bad, somewhere in the middle=probably OK)

5) a new in-tank pump is about $100

6) if all else fails, $300 will get you an Aeromotive A1000, a relay, and some fittings. Make it happen!
