Went to autozone to get gasket but they didn't sell it so I went to the dealer. I told them I bought one before but it got stretch somehow so he was cool and told me if I had invoice but I don't . So I bought one for $9.00 and it will be there tomorrow 07/11/07. He even said if I bring mine when I go back to get new one he will give me money back. I just took it out of my car so I can take it tomorrow, I will let you guys know if that help with my whistling problem . If not then I don't know where else to look

+1 for the trick flow plenum. You can't really beat it for the price. That's the plenum I'm going with.

Just port it out yourself. Save $200, get the same result.

I have the C&L Plenum and while its not the prettiest one out of all of them, it serves the same funcitons. Mine does not have an annoying whistle but there is a slight one if i quickly tap the gas or something. Thats normal and probably due to my 75mm Accufab TB and JLT RAI.

I have an Accufab plenum and throttle body for the Mach and I'll never go back to any other brand, I mean you can feel the difference, definately, just after it's installed.

TROLL ALERT!

Something about that sound wrong to you guys? Last I seen, the machs dont have a PI intake for a plenum to bolt onto . Sorry man, I think your trying to advertise for accufab.

Anywho, I LOVE my trickflow plenum...very cheap and very good quality. I also hand ported mine for more flow .

You should check the IAC connection and the hose right next to that is a vacuum. Both should be snug. Is your throttle body tightened all the way to the plenum? Next to check would be your air intake and all the parts accociated with that. Last thing that could be making noisein that area is the emissions crap on the right side of the plenum.

changed new gasket for in between and still whistle there.
Now I don't know where to look. That gasket goes in only one way or is there one side longer or something ?

take a screw driver handle and tap the bulb of the IAC..... if it goes away for a few seconds then its the iac.
I have an autozone IAC (wells) and it went from a light wistle to a loud humm.

Time to give randy another order LOL
