I have a 2001 GT and I'm looking to get new plugs and was wondering what is a good brand to go with. Also looking for a recommendatin to gap the new plugs. I have full bolt-ons, ported heads, cams and a custom tune.

Thanks for any suggestions

i have very close to the same power as you, with ported heads, cams, tune also , and i run autolite 103's gapped at .048, when i ran the stock plug at the stock gap it ran horrible, the 103's are 1 step colder then stock...

your on SFS too right?

Yup, I'm on SFS to, I'm long overdue for plugs...I can't remember what Scott Beer told me to put the gap at the last time, I could swear he said .020 but that can't be right...I'll have to check what type of plugs I have now.

Thanks

Yeah, scott was there for a while...he tuned mine when he was still with Diablo...He definitely had me go with a colder plug tho.

i run stock motocraft at 48 i dont think you need a colder plug unless your spraying or have boost. This is what tim at mph recommended to me.
