Interior and Upholstery Plz Help

Hi guys. Decided to get a sweet 95 stang convertible. Guy gave me new parts for it and i cannot figure out where this black pad goes. Any info would be appreciated

Is the top on the car?

I don't know specifically what that part is but I'm going to guess that it's the pad for the soft-top.

Its been years since I sold my Mustang, but I’m pretty sure I remember that peice from when I did my rear seat delete. It goes over the rear seat.

I'm not that familiar with convertibles but I know that part fits on the coupes. It bolts on to the shelf that the seats bolt on to.

Yep, right above the headrests. My car was a coupe though, so it may be a little different on a vert.

No headrests in the '95 rear. And I'm pretty sure that's a part for a coupe only, I don't see where it would go on a convertible.
