Make sure the sway bar and the big nut on top of the strut is as tight as you can get it

im having the same problem it happens every time i hit a bump or go thru ruff road its getting on my nerves, also when i slow down i hear this grinding sound coming from the front wheels but it goes away when i press on the brakes but if i let go grinding comes back then it goes away when i speed up. i already checked the sway bars and struck tower bolts any other ideas?

that grinding sounds like a brake issue up front. Have you checked all the bolts on your caliper? i had a bolt back out one time on my bracket and i would get this shudder/grinding noise. pull the wheels off and go over the calipers thoroughly. shouldn't take but 5 minutes a side.
