My A/C works fine, but I hardly use it as my top is always down. Is it worth it to delete it? Will I feel a SOTP increase? Would deleting it shave a few pounds off my front end?

you won't see any HP gain at WOT (where it counts).
The A/C clutch disengages at WOT.
The only gains you'll see are at part throttle (which, who cares) and in a little weight reduction.
Unless you're building a 2500lbs drag Mustang, might as well just leave it in there.

since it works............keep it

IMO, id rather ride around with the top and widows up with the a/c crankin than have the hot sun beating down me

It takes virtually no power to spin the pulley - it freewheels when the a/c is off. The only gain you'll see is from the reduction of weight.

Mine was empty and I've got a vert so I yanked it out. I can't say that I felt to much with that move. However, I pulled the clutch fan and smog at the same time and felt at least a mental 10hp jump

I think I'll keep it in there then. Maybe I'll remove it when it dies someday.
