the only problem is that I have a passenger 90% of the time and getting in and reaching across the car to unluck the door is getting annoying. Any help at all? Please?

Do you mean you replaced the lock 'actuators' and they quit working or the starter solenoid?
Are you getting power to the locks? If the drivers side switch is broken then none of the locks will work.

the starter solenoid. it was weird because the locks quit working the next day. i think that i might have lost to the locks some how, which is why i'm thinking electrical. they do lock manuelly. i don't think that it is the lock actuartors because that is the problem on my other stang where the door won't lock at all. Thanks for the help!

Are you sure you hooked up all of the terminals back up on the solenoid?

There is a circuit breaker on one of the solenoid terminals, I think its for the locks. Check it over for broken wires or corrosion, or the breaker could be bad.
