power seat? and tps?

Is there a fuse somewhere that is for the power seat?

I wnet to use it today and it make no noise and dosent work, and the lumbar dosent work either, anyone know what up, the connections are all good.

What this tps adjusting, ive searched it, what good does it do, and how do you do it.
