Is it nessesary to have the power steering cooler? Mine got wrecked up in my accident and not sure if I can get away with not having one, but just putting tubing to connect the lines or not. Thanks
no its not necessary to have a powersteering cooler, unless you are road racing or really using your steering alot, ie: autocross.
I run mine w/o a cooler, only reason is because one of my lines became disconnected, and I have to remove my intercooler to even reattach them, so I did what you are referring to and put a straight piece between the in and out of the cooler.
