Welp finally back to working on my car again...we'll be putting the headliner in tomrrow...the first step to getting an interior in my car. Then i'll get the windshields in so i can actually have something to drive. I was wondering if the dashpad has to go in before the windshields. What else needs to go in before the windshields? I'll have a picture update tomrrow after we're finished...

THe headliners the only thing you really need to get in before the windsheilds. The dash pad bolts to the dash as well as getpinched up near/against the glass pinch weld area. That is done after the windsheild is in.

In the rear you would also want to slide the package tray in after the window is in, it slips underneath a ledge on the gasket.

It's so much easier if you have the front and rear windows out! Headliner, Windows.........dash can be last! Good luck with the headliner.

Agreed, put the headliner in first, then the front and rear glass. Although some say it is possible to put a headliner in with the glass installed, I think it almost impossible to install a headliner with the glass in. I've did several headliners, and all of them without the glass in.

And yea, the dash pad can go in last, it doesn't tuck up under the gasket.
