I just recieved and installed the pypes violator axle back from brenspeed. I love the way it sounds, the install went pretty smooth. My question is, my brother has the same set up on his 07 and the passenger side tailpipe sticks out more then the driver side. My 07 does the same thing. Is the a common problem or is there a way to fix it. I tried adjusting it and its all tight, not moving any where.

They do not do that on my '07. You may want to loosen the clamp at the h pipe and try turning the over axle pipes a bit. If you get everything in position just right, they should sit evenly

I've got the same problem with mine. The passanger side sticks out futher than the driver side.

I've also developed a rattle since the install and think it is inside the drivers side muffler. Has anyone had any issues with this as well?

As I said to the other guy, if you loosen the clamp on the over-axle pipe where it meets the h pipe, you can twist it and get them lined up. If that doesn't fix it, then you don't have the axle-back mated up all the way to the over-axle pipe. This is typical adjustments needed for all axle-back mufflers.

As far as the rattle, I would have someone give the car a few revs while you listen around the muffler. There's really nothing inside to come loose.

I tried twisting, pushing, pulling, and even had to bend the hangars a little to get them to line as good as they are now.

i only hear the noise when accelerating or coming out of a turn, which usually means getting back on the throttle. It's very weird, but a very annoying.

I am getting the rattling sound from my driver side muffler as well. It seems to only happen when its first starting and then eventually goes away, but sometimes it can last longer. I don't know what to do about that.

check to see of the muffler hanger rods are near the bumper reinforcement. sometimes they are too close and can make noise when it touches the reinforcement as you drive.
