Quick dyno tune question...

Ok, so I've got the mods listed in the sig at the bottom. My question is, am I going to need to get that stuff dyno tuned? If I understand correctly, I can either loose power if I'm running too rich, or I can hurt something if I'm running too lean (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong ) If I do need a dyno tune, how much am I gona be paying? I know there's been a couple of posts about this kind of stuff, but some people have different set-ups, and since I'm still learning about all this stuff, I just want to make sure I'm not doing anything stupid
