Random Hose Identification Help

So I found this hose randomly, and after a quick look around I am stumped as to where it should go. I have a 2002 GT, and I was told that it was a vacuum hose. My car is idling roughly, and I'm thinking what I was told was correct, but still I can't find its place.

Looks to be a ground connection.

Verify its not your EGR vacuum line.

yeah thats a ground. slip it on an exposed screw.
