Im almost positive that it will fit fine. However, I dont think the color will match the interior very well. What color combination is your car? Ive always been picky about things looking perfect. Mix and match interiors look terrible. Like tan interior with black cobra seats.
My interrior matches the rest of my car I'm pretty sure the interriors on the 94-04 mustangs are all the same. Only difference would be if its a vert or not (I think)
As far as the back seat goes, yes the vert and coup have a different back seat. For the back part at least. The back part that you actually sit on is the same.
