If you go to the Classic Design Concepts site and look at the light bar for the 05/06 there are instructions at the very bottom they detail it.
Basically you lift up the front edge of the seat bottoms and squeeze this little plastic clip type thing and the seat lifts up and away. Then for the seat backs (if you need to) there are simply a bolt holding each one in place. Carefully lift them up to detach from the clips on the back and they'll be able to be moved out of the way. It'll still be attached to the rear fabric but you can carefully detach it from that clip. An extra set of hands does help.
