Rear spoiler

I voted for the 03-04 cobra spoiler. I think I will stick with the stock one moved back a couple inches for now though (it was free ).

was there more than one stock spoiler for the 99-04 4.6's? I saw a spoiler that looked different than what I have...I don't really like mine

Yeah, I want to know what kind GSTANGU has, it looks like a stock wing, but is different than normal GT wing. Anyone know how to install the 03-04 Cobra wing on a GT...is there modification necessary, or just bolt on??

I have a stock 99-00 wing I just moved it back like 2 1/2 inches.

Yep, with my spoiler (the stock 2 post) I had to have the 2 holes towards the rear windshield filled. I then had to drill 5 holes for the Cobra spoiler and reuse 2 of the stock spoiler holes for the install. From there it just bolts right on. But you must also get an 03-04' Cobra wiring harness so you can get the brakelight, license plate lights, trunk light, and remote trunk release to work properly. The harness is about $75 plus a Cobra trunk light (different then the GT as well) $16 shipped, and then of course the spoiler + paint.

yeah, they had two diff kinds of spoilers for 99-04. I think the kind you have was put on the 99's and 2000's. And the other kind of spoiler was put on during 01, 02, 03 and 04 (for the GT's and some v6's). Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Give me some time, I was actually pretty happy with the condition from Saleen since I've heard so many bad things about pinholes and creases. Mine doesn't have anything like that, give me a couple weeks to prep and paint it and I'll post pics when it's installed.
