just saw the new james bond film and thought it was great but the whole time i watched it James Bond (AKA Daneil Craig) looks very much like who? Steve McQueen!!! tell me what you think? i can see a remake just down the road
I dont know. As cool as it would be to see it remade with modern cars and special effects, I dont think it would ever live up to the original. Plus every kid with a mustang would slap Bullitt badges on their car and give mine a bad name.
A worthy idea, maybe it will come to fruition one of these days. I bet the McQueen family would want bookoo bucks for the naming rights though.
i actually thought of making a indie Bullitt movie since im like 30 mins away from san francisco but san francisco permits are kinda expensive from what i heard
If they ever did, as long as they don't ruin it with computer generated effects.
Gone in 60 Seconds was ok, but that scene where he jumped on the bridge was so ridiciously obvious that is was faked with a computer. Such a shame. If the car can't really do the stunt, don't put it in the freakin movie!
